About The Position

Morgan Stanley (“MS”) is a global financial services firm that conducts its business through three principal business segments - Institutional Securities Group (“ISG”), Wealth Management (“WM”), and Asset Management. The US Banks - Morgan Stanley Private Bank, National Association (“MSPBNA”) and Morgan Stanley Bank, National Association (“MSBNA”) - provide cash management, deposit and lending products and services to serve the needs of WM & ISG clients. We are looking for an individual to join the Digital Direct and Workplace Banking Strategy team, which is responsible for growing Banking and Lending across ETRADE and our Stockplan business. This role is a great opportunity to combine strategic execution, leadership influence, and banking and lending expertise to drive value for our end clients. The ideal candidate can create structure in ambiguity, apply critical thinking to abstract problems, and build strong relationships across product, sales, marketing, technology, risk, legal, and compliance.

Requirements

  • 5-10+ years of professional experience in strategy & execution / product development / distribution roles in either management consulting or internal strategy teams – ideally within wealth management, retail banking or lending, and/or consumer financial services
  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • Clear communication, influencing, and executive presentation skills across written and verbal formats.
  • Technical skills and experience with analytics tools are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate growth opportunities across business segments, partnering internally to assess scale, feasibility, client impact, and strategic fit
  • Develop executive-level materials that clearly frame recommendations, tradeoffs, progress, and decisions for stakeholders at all levels.
  • Translate prioritized opportunities into detailed implementation plans, including milestones, dependencies, risks, and drive stakeholder alignment.
  • Partner across teams to deliver the system, process, and operating changes required to improve client experience.
