The Director of Talent Acquisition will lead the development and execution of strategic talent acquisition plans while overseeing the recruitment, retention, and development of talented individuals. This role demands a proactive and innovative approach in planning and implementing a robust Talent Acquisition strategy. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Education: Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, business administration, or a relevant field (Master’s degree preferred). Experience: 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or similar HR roles. Experience in a high-growth, life sciences, biotech, or healthcare setting strongly preferred. Proficiency in full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques. Familiarity with diverse selection methods and experience in posting jobs on social media and job boards. Hands-on experience with HRIS, ATS, Sourcing, and Recruitment Marketing tools. UKG/UtiliPro experience strongly preferred. Strong leadership skills, critical thinking ability, and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time-management skills. Sound knowledge of Human Resources law and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility for occasional weekends/evenings and travel, particularly during intensive recruitment periods or to meet deadlines.
