About The Position

SummitRidge Hospital is seeking an experienced Outpatient Services Director to join their talented Outpatient Services team. This role is responsible for achieving goals, setting objectives, and ensuring the implementation of plans and policies for Outpatient services. The Director will be accountable for clinical operations, staffing, and financial management. Key responsibilities include implementing the department’s philosophy and goals, upholding standards of care, and managing and developing staff. This position provides leadership and direction in all matters regarding the service line.

Requirements

Master’s Degree in Social Work/Psychology/Counseling or related field
Minimum 5 years post licensure experience working with psychiatric population
Strong clinical skills to address crisis situations, family, group, and individual therapy.

Nice To Haves

Minimum 2 years supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and direction for all outpatient behavioral health services.
Develop, implement, and monitor clinical programs to ensure quality, effectiveness, and continuous improvement.
Supervise and mentor clinical staff, including therapists, counselors, and support personnel.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and optimize patient outcomes.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
Manage budgets, staffing, and resource allocation for outpatient services.
Establish and maintain community partnerships to promote service growth and integration.
Lead quality assurance initiatives and data-driven program evaluations.
Facilitate staff training, professional development, and performance evaluations.
