About The Position

As the Dining Supervisor are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experinice for all we serve, by providing high quailty from service to food. You will oversee the dining team, responsible for creating, posting and updating employees work schedules; assigns and monitors employee work; coaches staff on work performance, problem solving, conflict resolution, trains staff and provides opportunities to improve employee performance and job satisfaction. Supervisor is also responsible for keeping kitchen stocked and following legal compliance. This position needs an outgoing and creative leader who wants to positively impact those we serve.
