About The Position

The Dining Room Supervisor creates and maintains a pleasurable, friendly, and efficient dining room experience for all residents and visitors in accordance with Chartwell Brand Hospitality Standards. Assists in maintaining a safe and secure environment for residents, visitors and other staff members. The role involves creating a warm and comfortable dining room atmosphere and a positive impression at each meal, providing a personalized and memorable dining experience to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality
• A passion for providing exceptional customer experience
• Leadership skills to guide and support the dining room team
• Energy, enthusiasm, and an irresistible smile
