The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure a high quality customer experience for our guests, including food quality, health and sanitation, and general guest service. This position is ideal for a candidate who enjoys hands-on supervisory leadership, has a commitment to food safety, and is committed to delivering an exceptional guest experience. The candidate can effectively supervise employees, solve problems and a fast-paced environment, and maintain high standards of quality and service.
