About The Position

Friendship Village is looking for a Dining Supervisor who understands that dining is about so much more than the food on the plate. As our Dining Supervisor, you assist the Certified Dietary Manager to lead the Wellspring dining team in creating a warm, welcoming environment where residents feel valued, respected, and cared for. From a friendly greeting to a beautifully presented meal, the little details can make a big difference in someone's day. This position needs a leader that is warm and inviting while being creative and supportive. Good communications skills and attention to detail are critical in this role. Responsibilities

• Assist the Certified Dietary Manager to lead the Wellspring dining team.
• Create, post, and update employee work schedules.
• Assign and monitor employee work.
• Coach and train staff.
• Problem solve and resolve conflicts.
• Provide opportunities for employee growth and improvement.
• Ensure kitchens/dining areas are stocked.
• Ensure kitchens/dining areas are kept clean.
• Ensure kitchens/dining areas follow all legal and company compliance.
