About The Position

Friendship Village is looking for a Dining Supervisor who understands that dining is about much more than the food on the plate. It is about creating an experience, building relationships, and bringing joy to the lives of the people we serve - every day no matter what stage of life your customers are at. As our Dining Supervisor, you assist the Certified Dietary Manager to lead the Wellspring dining team in creating a warm, welcoming environment where residents feel valued, respected, and cared for. From a friendly greeting to a beautifully presented meal, the little details can make a big difference in someone's day.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the oversight of the dining team
• Creating, posting and updating employee work schedules
• Assigning and monitoring employee work
• Coaching and training staff
• Problem solving
• Conflict resolution
• Providing opportunities for employee growth and improvement
• Ensuring the kitchens/dining area are stocked
• Ensuring the kitchens/dining area are kept clean
• Ensuring compliance with all legal and company regulations
