About The Position

Aberdeen Ridge is seeking a Dining Services Supervisor to join their team in Colorado Springs. This role is responsible for supervising dining services staff, ensuring quality meal presentation, and maintaining a clean dining area. The supervisor will explain menus and recipes in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, and work with a consulting dietician and Executive Director to ensure quality nutritional meals are prepared and served in a clean, safe, and sanitary manner. The position emphasizes providing residents with the highest quality dining experience and fostering a person-centered care environment within the community.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

• Previous resort and/or country club dining services experience desired

Responsibilities

• Supervising Dining Services staff
• Ensuring meal presentation
• Keeping the dining area clean
• Explaining appropriate menus and recipes in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations governing food service
• Ensuring quality nutritional meals are prepared and served from kitchens maintained in a clean, safe and sanitary manner
• Ensuring that every resident receives the highest quality and excellent dining experience with each meal
• Advancing the value that the resident comes first
• Valuing the Community as the residents’ home and working to create attributes of home and models person centered care
