Requirements

3+ years of supervisory experience.
21+ years or older.
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and efficiently
English language proficiency

Nice To Haves

Dining experience preferred
Catering experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Interview, hire, and train waitstaff.
Promote employee skill development through on-the-job training and quarterly seminars.
Greet residents in the dining room and ensure all residents are properly taken care of.
Maintain the appearance of the dining room and request repairs or upkeep as needed.
Work with residents and staff to plan parties, bill parties that occur in the dining room, and communicate food-related concerns to the Chef.
Attend weekly supervisor and catering meetings, monthly food committee meetings, and resident assessment meetings.
