About The Position
The Dining Services Assistant, also referred to as a Dietary Aide, provides assistance with dining services functions in accordance with established policies and procedures. The role works to ensure that every resident receives a high-quality dining experience with each meal and advances the value that the resident comes first. The employee treats the community as the resident’s home, helps create a homelike environment, and models person-centered care.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience with regular and texture-modified diets is a plus.
