About The Position
An Independent Living Dining Server assists with dining services functions in accordance with established policies and procedures. The role works to ensure residents receive high-quality service and an excellent dining experience with every meal. The employee places residents first, respects the community as their home, helps create a home-like environment, and models person-centered care.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Experience with regular and texture-modified diets is a plus.
