About The Position

Dining Server – Allegro Hyde Park Hyde Park, FL | Part-Time | 3:00pm–8:00pm | Weekend Availability Required Do you have a heart for seniors and a smile that lights up a room? At Allegro Hyde Park, mealtime is more than food — it's connection, dignity, and joy served fresh every day. We're looking for a warm, dependable Part-Time Dining Server to join our evening dining team and make every meal an experience our residents look forward to. Done by 8pm every shift. No late nights. Just meaningful work with people who truly appreciate it. The primary responsibility of the Server is to accommodate residents and guests during their dining experience by attending to their needs in a friendly, timely, and professional manner.

Requirements

• Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
• Must pay attention to detail, be flexible/adaptable, have safety awareness, and be a team player.
• Must have positive Criminal Background Screening.
• The Community is a drug free workplace; associates are subject to adherence to the Company Drug Free Workplace policy.

Responsibilities

• Serve evening meals with warmth, care, and professionalism to residents who truly appreciate it
• Build genuine relationships that make residents feel seen, valued, and at home
• Maintain a clean, welcoming dining environment throughout every shift
• Respond to resident needs with patience, kindness, and professionalism
• Be a dependable, friendly presence that makes every dinner feel special
• Greet and seat residents and guests in a timely and professional manner as well as approach and interact with residents and guests in a friendly, service-oriented, and professional manner.
• Serve food in an efficient and professional manner.
• Clear tables of glasses, silverware, dishes, etc. when residents and guests have finished a course or their meal according to Company protocol.
• Maintain a clean dining room. Chairs, windows, floors, and all work areas should be wiped down and sanitized after every meal period.
• Deliver and retrieve trays to and from residents’ apartments as needed.
• Label and date all food.
• Other job duties as assigned
