About The Position

Alto Tavares is looking for a warm, dependable Part-Time Dining Server to join their team in Tavares, FL. This role offers flexible shift options that end by 7pm, allowing for evenings free while making a genuine difference for residents. The primary responsibility is to accommodate residents and guests during their dining experience by attending to their needs in a friendly, timely, and professional manner.

Requirements

Must be a minimum of 16 years of age

Must have positive Criminal Background Screening

Responsibilities

Serve meals with warmth, care, and professionalism to residents
Greet and assist residents throughout the dining experience
Maintain a clean, welcoming dining environment
Deliver and retrieve trays as needed and support meal service from start to finish
Be a dependable, friendly presence that makes every meal feel special
Greet and seat residents and guests in a timely and professional manner
Approach and interact with residents and guests in a friendly, service-oriented, and professional manner
Serve food in an efficient and professional manner
Clear tables of glasses, silverware, dishes, etc. when residents and guests have finished a course or their meal according to Company protocol
Maintain a clean dining room. Chairs, windows, floors, and all work areas should be wiped down and sanitized after every meal period
Deliver and retrieve trays to and from residents’ apartments as needed
Label and date all food
Other job duties as assigned
