About The Position

Waitstaff at Wheatland Village is responsible for delivering an exceptional dining experience to residents and guests. The role includes keeping the Dining Room welcoming by meeting cleanliness standards and providing prompt, courteous meal service, while complying with federal, state, and local standards for community operation. Employees are expected to incorporate Generations' Mission, Vision, and Values into their daily work and interactions. The posting describes both full-time and part-time schedules. Full-time hours are 6:00 am to 2:30 pm on a flexible schedule. Part-time work consists of five-hour morning shifts from Saturdays through Mondays, totaling 15 hours, with possible opportunities to cover other shifts. Weekend and holiday availability is preferred.

Requirements

• A current Food Handler’s Permit.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Weekend and holiday availability is preferred.

Nice To Haves

• A high school diploma or GED is desired.
• No previous experience is required.
• Availability to cover other shifts may be useful.
