About The Position

We’re seeking a Dining Room Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations in our dining room and ensure a seamless experience for both residents and staff.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• 2+ years of experience in dining services, restaurant supervision, or hospitality leadership
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient with POS systems, scheduling, and basic billing processes
• Ability to lead with compassion and professionalism

Responsibilities

• Supervise dining room staff and operations
• Act as liaison between dining room and kitchen
• Step in for Dining Services Director/Manager when needed
• Coordinate and oversee in-house and off-site catering events
• Create bi-weekly staffing schedules
• Order and manage dining-related supplies
• Maintain POS system (Full Count) and generate reports
• Handle delivery logistics for resident meals
• Ensure food service compliance with health and safety regulations
• Oversee dietary paperwork and cost reports
• Support special event planning with residents and families
• Attend relevant team and department meetings
