New Albany Country Club is seeking professional, service-driven Bartenders/Servers to join our À La Carte Dining Team. Located just minutes from 270 & 161 and 10 minutes from Easton, NACC is a premier private club offering an elevated dining experience in a beautiful, member-focused setting. Requirements

Must be at least 19 years old
Evening and weekend availability required
Professional appearance and polished communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team

Nice To Haves

Previous food & beverage experience preferred

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional, personalized food & beverage service to members and guests
Demonstrate full knowledge of menu items, daily features, wine, beer, and spirits
Execute proper steps of service and uphold formal dining standards
Set up and maintain dining areas to ensure all spaces are member-ready
Accurately enter and deliver orders in a timely manner
Follow opening/closing procedures and daily operational checklists
Collaborate across departments to exceed member expectations
Learn and use member names to create a warm, welcoming experience
Maintain thorough knowledge of liquor, wine, and beer offerings
