About The Position
We are seeking a happy, outgoing, and energetic Dietary Aide to join our team at our community of The Groves Senior Living, located in Goodyear. Come join a team of dedicated, smart, and caring professionals as they work together to care for our seniors and provide them the lifestyle they deserve. Our servers are part of a team that is responsible for the flow of service from the kitchen to the residents in our 5-star Dining Room.
Requirements
- No Prior Experience, perfect for Students!
- Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure and fast-paced work environment
- Food handler’s permit required
- Willing to undergo testing for tuberculosis
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Communicate effectively in English
Responsibilities
- Meal preparation in cooperation with kitchen staff
- Serve food with professionalism and knowledge of basic food offerings and menu content
- Keep restaurant properly cleaned and set up to meet resident expectation
- Dishwashing duties during shift as needed
