About The Position

Armbrook Village is hiring a Dining Room Server to provide superior customer service and a gourmet dining experience for senior residents. The role is based at Armbrook Village in Westfield, Massachusetts. The available full-time schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with some opportunities for evening shifts. Pay starts at $15.25–$15.75 per hour, based on work experience.

Requirements

Ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers.
Punctuality and reliability.
Ability to lift trays and dishes and occasionally move dining tables and furniture.

Responsibilities

Greet residents and guests during meal times.
Serve residents and guests, taking individual orders from a selective menu.
Set up tables for meals, clear tables, and reset them for future meal times.
Maintain a clean dining environment.
