About The Position

Requirements
- Must be 18 or older
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in dining, hospitality, or food service
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized during meal service
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, restaurant-style dining service to residents
- Interact daily with residents, offering patient, respectful service during meals
- Learn residents' preferences to create a welcoming dining experience
- Keep the dining room clean, organized, and ready for each meal
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Work with kitchen and dining teammates to keep meal service running smoothly
