Dining Room Server
About The Position
Stellar Senior Living is seeking a happy, outgoing, and energetic Dining Room Server to join its team at a large senior living community in Clayton Oaks. The role supports the flow of service from the kitchen to residents in the community’s dining room. Servers help provide residents with a quality dining experience by serving food, maintaining a clean and properly set dining area, and helping with dishwashing as needed. The company describes itself as a growing assisted living and memory care provider in the Western United States, founded in 2012. Part-time and full-time schedules are available, and flexible schedules may be available. The employer encourages employees to receive an FDA-approved COVID-19 vaccination and recommended booster doses, but vaccination is not a condition of employment.
Requirements
- Have a positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Communicate effectively in English.
Responsibilities
- Serve food professionally and demonstrate knowledge of basic food offerings and menu content.
- Keep the dining area properly cleaned and set up to meet residents’ expectations.
- Perform dishwashing duties during the shift as needed.
