About The Position

The Front of House Dining Room Manager is responsible for overseeing and ensuring all dining venues provide exemplary customer service to residents, guests and associates. This role promotes a hospitality-focused culture, manages the front of house team, and serves as a liaison between guests, residents, and kitchen staff. The manager will also record operational data, create effective schedules, plan labor by budget, and handle hiring, training, management, and retention of associates.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma required
  • Minimum of three years’ food service experience in a supervisory role required
  • POS user experience
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
  • A current Food Handler’s Certificate is required
