This role is 100% onsite/in-office. We’re looking for true Las Vegas locals who live and breathe this city to join our vibrant team!
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in luxury dining, hospitality, or concierge services.
- Knowledge of the Las Vegas food scene.
- Organizational skills to juggle reservations and requests.
- Customer-focused with an eye for detail, dedicated to tailoring experiences.
- Exceptional communication skills for building relationships with members and restaurant partners.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and reservation tools like OpenTable.
- Eagerness to learn and explore the latest culinary trends.
- Ability to handle urgent requests with poise and enthusiasm under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Manage reservation requests with flair and attention to detail to whip up personalized dining experiences.
- Connect with members over the phone and through email, sharing passion for food and insights on dining trends.
- Stay ahead of the culinary curve by keeping up with seasonal menus, special events, and emerging dining hotspots.
- Work hand-in-hand with restaurant partners, ensuring every reservation is flawlessly executed to meet members' desires.
- Represent Ten at industry events, making connections and expanding our network within the culinary scene.
