As an experienced leader in corporate dining amenities at JPMorganChase, you will oversee food and beverage operations. You will guide a guest-facing team—including dining captains and staff—to deliver exceptional service, maintain quality standards, and foster a positive atmosphere. By applying your specialized knowledge and strong leadership skills, you will proactively support daily office needs, meeting and event execution, and ensure a holistic, customer-centric dining experience for our professionals, clients, and guests.

Requirements

  • 3+ years fine dining and or luxury hotel experience in management and, in multi-outlet establishment
  • Commitment to excellence
  • Passion for food and the hospitality industry
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office 360

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and address training needs for waitstaff and captains, implementing new procedures and equipment.
  • Effectively interview, hire, and schedule dining service team members to ensure optimal staffing levels.
  • Diligently assist with attendance management, staff warnings, suspensions, and terminations in partnership with Human Resources.
  • Thoroughly document incidents and counseling sessions to maintain accurate records.
  • Consistently prepare and deliver performance reviews for direct reports.
  • Efficiently manage cost control and labor standards to support operational excellence across Client Centers.
  • Regularly monitor and record inventory of goods to ensure adequate supply and minimize waste.
  • Collaboratively support operational needs with the General Manager and Chef for seamless service delivery.
  • Actively participate in service, uphold JPMC standards, and resolve guest complaints to ensure best-in-class client experience.
  • Reliably ensure sanitation compliance and promote teamwork to foster a positive work environment.
  • Continuously review industry trends and incorporate innovative practices to enhance dining operations and guest satisfaction.
