About The Position
Punch Bowl Social is hiring a part-time Host to set the tone for guests as the first person they meet and the last they remember. Training will teach the role’s duties. The position focuses on guest experiences, communication, teamwork, and delivering hospitality in a high-volume restaurant and bar environment. Nice To Haves
- Some experience working in a high-volume restaurant or bar is ideal.
- Restaurant or bar experience is a plus but is not required.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and set the tone from the moment they arrive.
- Manage reservations and keep operations running smoothly.
- Seat guests and show them how to get the most out of Punch Bowl Social.
- Answer phones and take take-out orders.
- Keep the lobby clean, safe, and ready for guests.
- Work with coworkers to deliver hospitality.
