About The Position

This role focuses on designing and optimizing user experiences within the Salesforce ecosystem. The consultant will conduct user research, create design artifacts, and collaborate with various teams to deliver effective solutions. A key aspect of the role involves applying Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) standards and ensuring designs meet accessibility and best-practice UX standards. The position also requires staying updated on Salesforce platform capabilities and UX trends.

Requirements

• Experience in user research, interviews, and usability studies.
• Proficiency in designing user experiences within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Ability to create wireframes, mockups, user flows, and interactive prototypes.
• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, product managers, developers, and administrators.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) standards.
• Experience with usability testing and gathering user feedback.
• Understanding of Salesforce workflows, dashboards, and interfaces.
• Familiarity with accessibility, responsiveness, and best-practice UX standards.
• Awareness of Salesforce platform capabilities and UX trends.
