In this role, you’ll directly impact the Space Force and broader DoW acquisition organizations by leading strategy teams to stand up new organizations, transform existing organizations, and adopt cutting edge technologies, including AI / ML capabilities. Requirements
- 8+ years of experience with strategy and transformation capabilities, including organization design or standup, strategic planning, process improvement, and technology adoption
- 8+ years of experience with program management and business development for large-scale programs
- Experience leading technology innovation or organizational transformation involving AI, cyber, automation, or emerging technologies
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering
Nice To Haves
- Experience supporting U.S. Space Force or DoW acquisition programs
- Experience applying data management, data analysis, and data visualization
- Experience with AI / ML and cloud capabilities
- Experience serving as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead supporting IT programs or technical project delivery
- Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies in a Kanban environment, including daily standups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives
- Experience coaching Agile teams on continuous improvement and Agile best practices
- Ability to work independently
- Top Secret clearance
- PMI PMP and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certifications
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or similar Agile Certification

- Leading the accomplishments of client tasks from inception to completion
