About The Position

As a Digital Transformation Specialist, you know that successful digital transformation requires more than implementing new tools. It requires thoughtful change management, strong communication, organizational alignment, and the ability to help people adopt new ways of working. You’re eager to apply your experience and Air Force knowledge to help clients solve traditional business challenges with innovative digital strategies and practical technology solutions. In this role, you will support digital adoption and technology enablement efforts in Air Force or DoW environments by helping clients design, implement, and sustain digital transformation initiatives. You will work across stakeholders to gather user insights, identify improvement opportunities, and develop solutions that align technology with mission needs and organizational goals. You will support users through Power Apps and other low-code solutions while also leveraging Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and M365 tools to improve communication, collaboration, and workflow efficiency. You will create clear, user-focused communications, training materials, and documentation that help end users understand and adopt digital solutions. Your ability to brief leadership, communicate recommendations clearly, and translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences will be critical to driving buy-in and execution. We’re looking for a well-rounded professional who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities, can think on their feet, and is eager to learn new skills as client needs evolve. If you are collaborative, adaptable, and motivated to improve processes across the enterprise, this is your opportunity to make an impact.
