Digital Transformation Specialist
About The Position
The Digital Transformation Specialist role supports a digital transformation effort for Navy customers within established Agile frameworks. This role requires a passion for Agile and knowledge management. The specialist will focus on two key areas: modernizing enterprise operations through strategies for enterprise software solutions, automation, data management frameworks, and human-centered experience design, utilizing data analysis, technical requirement definition, workflow mapping, and platform configuration. The second area involves supporting a community of practice by facilitating Agile ceremonies, enabling smooth workflows, providing onboarding and training, and implementing process and people initiatives across engineering and program level teams.
Requirements
- Experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban
- Knowledge of knowledge bases such as Confluence and SharePoint
- Knowledge of designing and maintaining a knowledge system and library accessible to various audiences
- Ability to create, capture, organize, and assess knowledge assets for team level all the way up to enterprise level use
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree

- Experience with content management, data analytics, or data science
- Experience working in a client-facing environment
- Knowledge of organizational change management
- Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills
