About The Position

As the Digital Strategist you will manage the strategy creation and execution of individual fundraising campaigns across multiple digital channels for assigned client(s). The digital strategist owns the digital program for client(s) from end to end, includes preparing and presenting to assigned client(s). The digital strategist will have a strong understanding of digital channel mix for a direct response strategy. The digital strategist will work closely with the assigned account lead to create a fiscal year digital budget, program goals and performance metrics. The day-to-day role includes executing paid efforts across digital mediums, maintaining email lists, creating growth strategies, recommending and executing audience targeting and segmentation, and A/B testing. The digital strategist completes campaign reporting including creating slide decks for client presentations, analyzing campaign results and providing recommendations to meet fundraising targets. Requirements

  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a related field, such as communications, marketing, public relations, journalism, business analytics, or business management.
  • Minimum of 3+ years experience in digital marketing or strategy.
  • Fundamental understanding of digital engagement, marketing, and fundraising principles, strategies, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with digital campaign analytics and performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data and develop insights.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic digital marketing plans and make data-driven decisions and recommendations.
  • Must be eligible for and complete Facebook's advertiser verification process.
  • US-based location (physical or via VPN) is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience with digital fundraising/nonprofit campaigns is helpful.
  • Experience with ECRM platforms is a plus.
