About The Position

Booster Juice, Canada’s original juice and smoothie bar, is seeking a passionate Digital Specialist for a full-time, in-person position at their head office in Edmonton. As a leader in healthy alternatives, Booster Juice is experiencing accelerating growth and is looking for someone to join their dynamic, vibrant, and innovative team. This role is crucial for expanding and engaging audiences, influencing consumer behavior, and ensuring the smooth execution of marketing initiatives. The position involves managing projects and events, coordinating production, timelines, and logistics for regional and national marketing campaigns.

Requirements

Proficiency in social media and digital advertising management, content creation, and related marketing tools.
Proficiency in measuring campaign performance, analyzing insights, and orchestrating proactive strategies for improvement.
Keen attention to detail and a flair for design and social trends.
Exceptional writing skills with the ability to adapt style.
Currently pursuing or have acquired a diploma/degree in Digital Marketing or a related field.
Previous experience in a digital and social media marketing or transferable position.
Stellar organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and ever-changing priorities.
Resourcefulness and critical thinking.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Fearlessness when seizing opportunities, embracing feedback and learning opportunities.
Vehicle required
Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

Represent the brand effectively when dealing with external vendors and stakeholders.
Support the marketing team with Regional and National Marketing Initiatives, coordinating content production, managing timelines, and maintaining online presence through social media and digital marketing.
Guide various internal and external projects, campaigns, contests, and events.
Serve as the point of contact for local store social media and digital advertising requests, managing and maintaining positive relationships with Franchisees.
Participate in new product development and recipe testing.
Write copy for Booster Juice initiatives spanning social media, content scripts, and proposals.
Update social media accounts, create and post content, and manage digital advertising.
Conduct comprehensive reporting and analysis on marketing activities to communicate impact.
Be available for occasional evening and weekend work as necessary.
