About The Position

We’re looking for someone like you to help propel business analytics and processes forward, as well as delve into technology trends to deliver user-friendly client experiences. As an IT Business Analyst, you’ll work to develop leading-edge applications. Working with your team of AI solution architects, developers, data engineers, data scientists, and alongside subject matter experts, you’ll identify clients’ needs, gather user requirements, and help develop user experience and user interface designs. You’ll understand the overall direction and nuanced user needs clearly, and you’ll guide your team as they fulfill these needs by creating deployable features. Together, you’ll help deliver high business value products to the client and end-users.

Requirements

  • Experience in developing software requirements and supporting documentation
  • Experience working in cross-functional, Agile teams to design large-scale digital experiences that meet business objectives
  • Experience working in a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment with aggressive project timelines and continual client delivery
  • Ability to quickly grasp new concepts, comprehend the intent of a client’s needs, and help shape and form the solution by leveraging team capabilities
  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools, such as Axure, Balsamiq, Figma, or Sketch
  • Experience with facilitating stakeholder interviews, creating personas, user journeys, and user observations
  • Experience working with the Military
  • Possession of excellent client-facing or advising skills
