About The Position

American Express National Bank (AENB) is the U.S. banking operation of American Express, contributing over 60% of the company's revenue through its payment, financing, and savings products. The Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO) is responsible for establishing the Enterprise Change Management and Project Risk and Controls strategy. This involves creating a foundational governance structure to identify, assess, and manage risks associated with Change Management and Projects, ensuring compliance with the Enterprise Change Management and Project Governance Policy. The EPMO also supports the execution of enterprise initiatives that span multiple business lines. The EPMO is seeking a Digital Solutions Analyst to assist in managing governance-related tools, provide development support, and ensure the seamless integration of these governance tools into enterprise project management systems.
