About The Position

The Digital Signals Processing (DSP) Engineer works with a fast-paced, technically diverse team that develops and supports infrastructure for software-based signal-processing applications. The role participates in the full IT Systems Development Life Cycle, focusing on developing, integrating, and maintaining new and existing mission systems. The engineer leads or supports the design and implementation of capabilities for monitoring, maintaining, and supporting the mission, including change and baseline management processes and tools, health and status monitoring and reporting, and enterprise evolution. The position also involves installing and patching Enterprise Linux baselines, configuring and managing diverse hardware, troubleshooting operational issues, and creating and maintaining required documentation. The engineer interfaces with and supports internal engineering and development teams and designs, develops, debugs, and tests signal-processing algorithms and DSP applications on a variety of platforms for intelligence, defense, and other government missions. Some travel may be required.
