About The Position

In this role, you will process customer support needs included but not limited to administrative tasks, order entry and communication. Collaborate with monthly sales needs while providing exceptional administrative support to the sales team. You will serve as a key point of contact for customer support, resolving inquiries and ensuring a positive customer experience. Additionally, you will assist with onboarding and training sales representatives on digital tools, processes, and best practices, while supporting the development, enhancement, and troubleshooting of digital platforms and applications. Success in this role requires strong administrative, customer service, technical, and communication skills to help drive sales performance and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and process customer orders.
  • Issue sales transaction invoices.
  • Verify customer orders, including personal information and order details.
  • Contact customers by phone or email to answer questions and obtain missing information.
  • Provide timely customer support by resolving inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records.
  • Compile monthly sales reports and analyze sales data.
  • Expedite orders through coordination with internal departments.
  • Direct customer feedback to the appropriate teams to improve products, services, and processes.
  • Identify opportunities to expand or improve product offerings.
  • Support the sales department with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance digital applications, tools, and resources that support sales operations.
  • Troubleshoot and provide technical support for digital platforms and software used by the sales team.
  • Create and maintain user documentation, training materials, and process guides for digital tools and applications.
  • Assist with onboarding and training new and existing sales representatives on digital systems, software, and sales processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and digital solutions that enhance customer and sales experiences.
