In this role, you will process customer support needs included but not limited to administrative tasks, order entry and communication. Collaborate with monthly sales needs while providing exceptional administrative support to the sales team. You will serve as a key point of contact for customer support, resolving inquiries and ensuring a positive customer experience. Additionally, you will assist with onboarding and training sales representatives on digital tools, processes, and best practices, while supporting the development, enhancement, and troubleshooting of digital platforms and applications. Success in this role requires strong administrative, customer service, technical, and communication skills to help drive sales performance and operational efficiency.
