About The Position

Arizona’s Family, the Gray Media business in Phoenix, Arizona, has an opportunity for a digital advertising campaign expert to join our team as a Digital Sales Specialist. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of digital media consumption habits during all stages of an advertising campaign. In this strategic position, you will recommend effective digital marketing solutions to meet the needs of our clients. In addition, the DSS will provide ongoing optimization strategy, back end analytic support, and digital education to improve sales team knowledge. The Digital Sales Specialist will report directly to the Digital Sales Manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of digital sales marketing experience required.
• Experience developing and managing effective digital marketing strategies.
• Superior multitasking skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple daily requests.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem resolution skills.
• Possess superb written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PPT.
• Understanding of G4 analytics.

Nice To Haves

• Strong ability to interpret data and capable of adjusting digital strategy based on analytics.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team during all aspects of a digital advertising/marketing campaign, including developing effective proposals, campaign optimization, and post-campaign reporting.
• Collaborate with local management to implement digital priorities and expectations.
• Function as an effective consultant on digital tactics, benefits, and trends.
• Maintain elevated levels of communication internally with AZ Family, with corporate Gray Digital Media teams, and externally with clients.
• Manage advertising specs and guidelines with advertisers as the company and product offerings evolve.
