About The Position

Pamal Broadcasting is seeking a Digital Sales Manager for its Hudson Valley, New York Region. This role is responsible for developing digital sales initiatives and digital strategies that align with the company's strategic and revenue goals. The Digital Sales Manager will work with sales managers to achieve revenue targets and capitalize on digital revenue streams. This includes creating and managing internal systems and processes to ensure digital products and offerings are competitive, collaborating with vendors and internal departments (sales, programming, marketing) to support digital needs, and assisting with in-person and remote sales presentations and the crafting of digital sales presentations. Additionally, the role involves regular training and development of the sales staff in digital products and sales opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of media sales experience with a focus on digital platforms.
  • Proven success in sales management, team coaching, and goal attainment.
  • Direct experience with broadcasting.
  • Ability to mentor sales reps and lead group training.
  • Skill in using analytics tools to assess digital campaign ROI.
  • Mastery of presentation tools and CRM software (Google Workspace, Salesforce, Tableau).
  • Strong B2B relationship-building to secure new business.
  • Talent for dissecting RFPs and creating compelling sales strategies.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Working with sales managers to achieve revenue targets and to capitalize on digital revenue streams of all type.
  • Creating and managing internal systems and processes to keep all digital products and offerings up-to-date, current, and competitive.
  • Working closely with vendors and all Pamal Broadcasting departments including sales, programming, and marketing in a collaborative manner to support their digital needs.
  • Being available to be on in-person and remote sales presentations when needed and adding support in crafting digital sales presentations.
  • Regular training and development of the existing sales staff and new sales associates in digital products and digital sales opportunities.
