This position is responsible for identifying the habilitative, behavioral, and psychiatric needs of individuals through formal and informal assessments. The role involves conducting behavioral and habilitative assessments, analyzing data, and developing individualized habilitative and behavior support plans using proactive, evidence-based interventions. The BIS 2 will also oversee data collection, ensure timely modifications to plans, and maintain accurate documentation. A key aspect of the role is training direct care staff and management on individual service plans and behavior management, providing feedback, and serving as a clinical team leader in interdisciplinary meetings. The position requires regular travel to multiple programs and may involve other duties as assigned.
