About The Position

Blossom Health is seeking a Clinical Field Liaison to expand access to mental healthcare by partnering with psychiatrists. The role involves evangelizing Blossom's services to healthcare providers and their teams to increase patient referrals. The Clinical Field Liaison will be the primary point of contact for providers in their region, acting as a trusted partner to offer solutions for patients needing psychiatric help. This is a full-time role requiring the candidate to be located in Hudson Valley, New York.

Requirements

  • Proven success in provider-facing field sales, with outstanding results in winning over healthcare providers.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently build and grow a territory from the ground up with strategic ownership.
  • Strong professional presence and ability to influence and connect across an entire medical office.
  • Strong rigor, discipline, and proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and comfort with quickly learning new systems.
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities.
  • Must be located within Hudson Valley, New York.

Responsibilities

  • Spend approximately 4 days per week in the field, meeting with providers within their territory.
  • Proactively research, prospect, and identify new provider partners.
  • Build trust and credibility with leads, converting them into loyal referral partners.
  • Develop authentic, long-term relationships with providers and clinic staff to ensure engagement in supporting patient referrals.
  • Help shape the Clinical Liaison function by refining processes, creating resources, and sharing best practices.
