About The Position

The Digital Sales Coordinator is responsible for onboarding, workflow, and optimization of the Digital Advertising campaign. This role involves ensuring the accurate entry of digital orders, coordinating campaign setup and execution with sales and ad operations teams, and troubleshooting any operational issues. The coordinator will also monitor campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and assist with the implementation and auditing of tracking mechanisms. Additionally, the role includes pulling and distributing performance reports, maintaining campaign metrics, and reconciling billing. The position requires close collaboration with Media Executives to ensure seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction, as well as managing and communicating digital inventory availability.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with digital marketing products, including OTT/CTV, programmatic display, video, paid social, audience targeting, and mobile
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), ad trafficking platforms, and/or order management systems a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines in a high-paced sales environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and works well both independently and cross-functionally

  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), ad trafficking platforms, and/or order management systems

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Digital order entry with a high level of accuracy across all platforms and campaign types
  • Work with the Sales team and the GDM (Gray Digital Media) Ad Ops team for all operational setup, trafficking, and campaign execution
  • Coordinate campaign onboarding, including creative submission, scheduling, and launch verification.
  • Troubleshoot Ad Operations issues and communicate with ME's & Clients when needed
  • Monitor pacing, delivery, and performance across all active digital campaigns (OTT/CTV, display, video, paid social, mobile, and audience-targeted products and more)
  • Proactively identify and communicate optimization opportunities to improve campaign performance and protect revenue
  • Troubleshoot Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Google Business Manager, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite + more for all access issues and support proper attribution tracking setup for clients
  • Assist in the implementation and auditing of attribution and conversion tracking across campaigns
  • Ensuring all campaigns are pacing to deliver in full and ensuring all revenue is kept within the given calendar month
  • Pull, compile, and distribute regular campaign performance reports for internal stakeholders and clients
  • Maintain accurate records of campaign metrics, pacing, and delivery outcomes
  • Reconcile and audit third-party billing and impressions
  • Work closely with Media Executives and the current Digital Sales Coordinator to ensure seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction
  • Manage and communicate digital inventory availability and sell-through percentages to the sales team
  • Assist with compiling regular reporting and establishing recurring cadences per account
