About The Position

Fox 29 Philadelphia – WTXF is seeking a detail-oriented, collaborative, and tech-savvy Digital Sales Coordinator to provide critical support in driving revenue for Philadelphia’s top local multimedia station. This role offers the foundation to build a long-term career in multimedia sales within a fast-paced, innovative culture at a highly successful, well-known industry leader. The position leverages the scale and resources of Fox Corporation, with Fox 29 being the industry leader in the DMA, connecting authentically with the Philadelphia population. The station offers sophisticated, best-in-class Digital offerings designed to be comprehensive marketing solutions. The role supports the "Good Day" Advantage, representing the most watched morning show, and an unrivaled sports portfolio including the Philadelphia Eagles, NFL on FOX, MLB Postseason, and the Phillies. The work environment is creative, fast-paced, and team-oriented, with state-of-the-art facilities in Center City.

Requirements

  • A college degree is preferred.
  • Digital and technical training certificates are a plus.
  • A solid understanding of Digital Streaming TV and social media.
  • Fundamental knowledge of Mobile, Email, Social Media, and Video advertising.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Ability to master industry-specific software, CRMs, and AI technology.
  • Understanding of AOS and/or Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills with extreme attention to detail and effective time management.
  • An independent thinker who thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule digital ad campaigns and monitor results from inception to completion to ensure full delivery.
  • Assist Account Executives with prospecting, research, sales planning, and invoicing.
  • Spearhead monthly client fulfillment recaps and help pinpoint appropriate audience targets for ad campaigns.
  • Manage data entry, CRM pipelines, and order processing with high precision.
  • Assist in commercial ad production and support sales-related marketing and community initiatives.
  • Work professionally under pressure and within specific time constraints and deadlines as part of a cohesive team.
