About the Role As the Coordinator, Digital Reporting, you’ll carry the administrative and operational load for the Digital Reporting team so that Area Digital Reporter Managers (ADRMs) can focus on coaching, quality, and performance management. You’ll keep Digital Reporter records, systems, credentials, equipment, and communications accurate, current, and aligned with Esquire’s standards and best practices. This is a remote position; candidates must be available to work during Pacific Time business hours.

Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task, shift priorities, and manage a high volume of administrative requests
  • Minimum of one year of administrative, operations, or vendor coordination experience required, three years preferred
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, and the ability to learn platforms such as NetSuite, Box, Confluence, Canvas, SPP, and DOMO
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Knowledge of court procedures, legal documents, and legal terminology is preferred
  • Candidates must be available to work during Pacific Time business hours.

  • legal services industry experience is a plus
  • some college experience or a college degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate onboarding and account setup for new Digital Reporters, including SPP, Box, and eLitigate.com access, onboarding plans, and welcome communications
  • Complete vendor setup tasks, collect signatures, and maintain accurate vendor and ZIP code records
  • Order, track, receive, and ship equipment and supplies, and maintain inventory counts and reorder points
  • Support Academy enrollment and apprenticeship tracking, including activity reports, Confluence acknowledgments, and daily RV availability updates
  • Coordinate AAERT membership, notary applications, and certification renewals, sending reminders ahead of expiration
  • Pull, reconcile, and distribute onboarding and performance reports, and log and escalate returned jobs and system errors
  • Respond to Digital Reporter and ADRM inquiries and maintain audit-ready onboarding, equipment, and credentialing documentation
