About The Position

U.S. Legal Support is seeking tech-savvy individuals for the role of Digital Reporter in Legal Proceedings. No prior experience is required, as the company provides structured training to ensure success. Hired candidates will complete Digital Reporter training before their start date, with support for AAERT certification. This is a hybrid position, requiring work at client sites from Monday to Friday.

Requirements

  • Comfortable using computers, software, and audio equipment.
  • Minimum typing speed of 55+ WPM.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to obtain a state Notary Commission (guidance provided).
  • AAERT Certification: Training and certification provided prior to start date.

Nice To Haves

  • Existing Notary is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Administer oaths and participate in depositions, hearings, and other legal proceedings in office and professional settings.
  • Transport, set up, and operate computer and audio equipment for in-person and remote proceedings.
  • Prepare audio files, exhibits, and related materials for transcription.
  • Perform administrative tasks when not assigned to legal proceedings.
