Gray’s Digital Technology group builds and operates the products that bring local news, sports, and live programming to audiences across 100+ television stations – on the web, on mobile, and on connected TV platforms. Quality is critical to ensure viewers are focused on journalism, not the technology that delivers it. You will help make sure that what we ship is reliable, accessible, and ready when it counts – election night, severe weather, breaking news. The Digital QA Analyst validates the quality, functionality, accessibility, and reliability of digital products across web, mobile, connected TV, APIs, data feeds, and internal systems. You’ll partner closely with Product Owners, developers, and business stakeholders to confirm that what we build meets requirements, holds up under real-world use, and is genuinely ready for release. The right person combines strong testing fundamentals, critical thinking, technical curiosity, and a sharp eye for detail to catch problems early and promote quality at every stage of the development lifecycle, not just at the end.
