About The Position

emergiTEL is hiring a Digital Project Manager for our client in the Financial Services industry. This is an 08-month contract role with possible extension. The role is remote.

Requirements

7–10 years of professional experience, including 4+ years in a digital agency
Proven experience in project management and marketing campaign execution
Certification in one of the following: PMP, PMI, CSM, SCRUM, ACP, PRINCE, MBA, QA, or PSM
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
Experience with Jira, Confluence, and content management systems
Experience in consumer-facing web and mobile environments preferred

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with e-retailers and internal stakeholders
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure quality standards are met
Scope projects, define deliverables, and manage digital content delivery
Ensure risk mitigation by adhering to agreed processes for quality, compliance, and cost tracking
Assist with onboarding and documentation for vendors (MSAs, SOWs, InfoSec reviews)
Assign responsibilities, identify required resources, and develop project schedules
Monitor timelines and proactively address risks and issues impacting deadlines
Communicate project updates clearly to stakeholders across various brand organizations
Collaborate with Brand Marketers and agencies to gather requirements for marketing roadmaps and multi-channel campaigns
Act as a liaison between technical teams, non-technical stakeholders, and senior leadership
Support project planning including timelines, budgets, risks, and resource availability
Manage development and production of digital products
Partner with Product Management, Service Delivery, and other business units
Identify project interdependencies and escalate risks appropriately
Follow PMO methodologies and best practices
Develop and maintain project scope statements
Oversee day-to-day project execution and ensure successful delivery
