About The Position

The A220 commercial aircraft program is looking for a digital project leader (f/m) to join our Digital Solutions team based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada), where you will work jointly with the Business & IM teams based in Mirabel and Toulouse. You will be part of the Customer Services Digital Solutions Project Management team responsible for leading projects for a full set of digital products and services covering: Digital solutions for the full range of Customer Services organization, and Digital solutions directly deployed to our Customers (Airlines). The team organization is established to promote cross-collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively. Your role as digital project leader will be to lead and manage projects part of the digital solutions portfolio.

Requirements

You possess a relevant university degree or equivalent experience
You have significant experience in Project Management; expertise in the IT domain is considered an asset
You excel in stakeholder management, fostering collaboration, and guiding diverse teams
Demonstrate strong leadership and the ability to motivate teams toward shared goals
Demonstrate adaptability, sound judgment, and the ability to make decisions under pressure
Balance strategic thinking with attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset
Possess strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills
You have experience managing change and driving adoption of new processes or technologies
You’re curious, proactive, and thrive in a collaborative & dynamic environment
You are very proficient in both French and English, spoken and written

Responsibilities

Assessing & monitoring the expected value of digital projects throughout their lifecycle
Consolidating the Business Requirements and defining the “To Be” vision to enable the design of the digital solution
Ensuring the on-time, on-budget, and on-quality delivery of digital projects
Overseeing project budgets, ensuring alignment with financial goals
Driving change management activities to secure the end-user onboarding and adoption of new processes or tools
Coordinate cross-functional teams to align project goals with business objectives
Managing supplier relationships and ensuring timely and quality deliveries
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks proactively to ensure project success
Provide clear, consistent reporting to project sponsors and stakeholders
Establish and monitor key performance metrics to detect and address issues upstream
Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and best practices
