Champion product experiences that drive higher conversions, improve the customer journey, and accelerate business growth. In this role you will drive optimization initiatives across the product questionnaire funnel, identifying high-value opportunities through data, research, experimentation, and stakeholder collaboration. You will translate business objectives into prioritized roadmap initiatives that improve conversion rates, revenue performance, and user experience across key customer touchpoints. This is a full-time, permanent position working 37.5 hours per week, with opportunities to work hybrid from our Edmonton, Alberta office.
