About The Position

As a Digital Coordinator within the CS Connect team, your role is all about keeping the platform running smoothly while helping improve how it works overtime. On a day-to-day basis, you’ll support CS Connect by responding to user requests, triaging and managing issues, and monitoring performance so people can rely on the platform. You’ll also get involved in testing, improving forms and other processes, and supporting new releases—balancing project work with ongoing support. It’s a hands-on role where you’ll use your problem-solving skills to identify and fix issues, suggest improvements, and make sure CS Connect continues to meet business needs.
