About The Position

The Customer Service Digital Products team is seeking a Customer360 (C360) Product Owner. C360 is a key platform at P&WC, designed to provide customer insights to internal stakeholders across the organization. In this role, you will play a critical part in managing and evolving Customer360 as a product, supporting the entire internal aftermarket organization. You will contribute directly to the execution of the product strategy, including the development, testing, and deployment of new features. You will collaborate daily with a highly skilled, multidisciplinary team, including a CRM Product Manager, Power BI Analyst, UI/UX Expert, Solution Architect, Data Analyst, Data Engineer, Project Manager, and our development team. This position is based at Plant 1, located in Longueuil, Monday to Friday, with flexible hours and is fully on-site.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in digital technologies, product management, communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the aftermarket environment
  • Experience working in an agile environment
  • Strong ability to synthesize information and translate data into actionable insights
  • Solid understanding of user and customer experience best practices (UX/CX)
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence in promoting and advocating for a product
  • Advanced knowledge of data analytics and business intelligence tools
  • This position requires a very good knowledge of English to read and understand, on a daily basis, documentation and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.

Responsibilities

  • Define, support, and execute the 5-year product roadmap for the development and maintenance of C360
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog
  • Lead and participate in daily agile ceremonies (e.g., stand-ups)
  • Prioritize initiatives based on feedback from users and stakeholders
  • Oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle, including writing user stories, performing data mapping (SAP, CRM, Enovia, etc.), and validating solutions
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for user feedback
  • Leverage data, user insights, and market indicators to anticipate future needs
  • Monitor product progress and performance after each iteration (typically 2-week sprints)
