The A220 commercial aircraft Program is looking for a Digital Product Manager to join the “Digital Program, Customer Engagement & Services Domain in Airbus North America” team, based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada). This role is responsible for managing technical and digital products for all Aircraft Delivery solutions in the North America region, primarily for Canada and the USA for commercial entities, and potentially for helicopter entities. The team fosters cross-collaboration, autonomy, mutual support, and collective learning. The Digital Product Manager is accountable for the end-to-end product/application lifecycle, from conception, design, industrialization, and operation to retirement, including dependency management. They are responsible for forming Multi Functional Teams (MFT) to manage the IM Product/Application lifecycle, identify opportunities, and create products that meet client/end-user expectations regarding time, quality, and cost. The role requires robust program management experience, a drive to improve existing systems and processes, and an innovative mindset to develop novel solutions for evolving challenges. This position is also key in collaborating with European teams to ensure alignment with their roadmaps, initiatives, and objectives.
